Internet Access


There is Wi-fi (802.11b) Internet Access during the summer at the Old School House Gallery.

There is also access available at the Plum Lake Public Library in Sayner, WI.


Snowmobiling


When the snow falls, the bubbleheads arrive. There are miles of groomed snowmobile trails.

Hunting


White-tailed Deer, Bear, Coyote, Small Game Hunting and Grouse are just some of the opportunities available.

Bike Trails


The area is great for bikers with many roads that connect with the Northern Highland/American Legion State Forest, Razorback Ridges, and there are also paved bike trails to the town of Boulder Junction.

Hiking


Enjoy the beautiful wilderness. There are many hiking trails to explore along with many thousands of acres of National Forest.

Geocaching


There are over 300 geocache nodes located with the Star Lake area. In case you are not familiar with that term, geocaching involves using a GPS to find hidden items in the woods and then you leave a note or an item behind for the next person to find. It can be a lot of fun and is a good way to get to see some of the beautiful wilderness.
