While not comprehensive, here is some information about activities in our area. There are many things to do in the great northwoods! Internet Access There is Wi-fi (802.11b) Internet Access during the summer at the Old School House Gallery. There is also access available at the Plum Lake Public Library in Sayner, WI. Snowmobiling When the snow falls, the bubbleheads arrive. There are miles of groomed snowmobile trails. Check the current trail conditions at SnowTracks.com Hunting White-tailed Deer, Bear, Coyote, Small Game Hunting and Grouse are just some of the opportunities available. There are many hiking trails to explore along with many thousands of acres of National Forest. In case you are not familiar with that term, geocaching involves using a GPS to find hidden items in the woods and then you leave a note or an item behind for the next person to find.
